A group of 20 professionals from Bulgaria, Greece, Italy and Spain met for a 4-day training in La Rinconada, Spain to attend the international training on innovative gender-based techniques for professionals working in the field of women empowerment.
The training focused on good practices in gender equality, with examples from La Rinconada Town Council, one of the pioneering public bodies in Spain in the field of gender equality. The training, as well as the project as a whole, is based on a multidisciplinary, psychological, sports, integration and legal point of view, in order to create tools that will improve the lives of women and our societies, and facilitate the creation of the final results of this project, which will be available to all citizens for their use.
After a local piloting phase which will end in February, the consortium will gather all the insights and good practices and publish a manual available online to all professionals working in the field of women empowerment.

Transnational project meeting

After the international training, a representative of each partner organization took part in the transnational project meeting in Plovdiv, Bulgaria to discuss the state of the project and to plan the next steps to take the project forward!
